I've got another medieval floral challenge piece done (11 pages handwritten) and I'm typing it up now. Should be posted within a few days.

The entire server network my website is on is down. I'll be calling to find out why later today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I've noticed something about the stories I've been writing lately. They're either conversations or stream of consiousness thoughts. Somehow, I've got to add some description and action to them. Don't think it's going to happen soon though as I've got at least three more medieval floral challenge ideas in my head (2 Forever Knight and one Highlander).

There are days I love this challege I came up with,and days I hate it. Just depends on what I'm writing. It's the type of idea where you write one and another one (or two, or three,) pops up in its place. I've already finished one story, am writing another and two more are floating around in my head waiting for their turn.

Now I'm trying to spread the fun around.

The challenge idea is to use the medieval symbolic flower code in a story. I set it up for Forever Knight, due to the large number of characters who lived through the medieval times, but it would work just as well in the Highlander fandom (Methos and Amanda are definitely old enough to have known the code, and there are others, those are just the ones who came to mind immediately).

There are no real requirements, it's just a challenge to write a story where the code of the medieval floral symbols plays a large part.
